Employment: 24–32 hours per week
As an Export Documentation Assistant, you play a vital role in Pluriton’s logistics process. You ensure that all documentation related to shipments from Pluriton and its affiliated companies is accurate, complete, and timely. Thanks to your efforts, our export shipments run smoothly and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling export documentation for global shipments
- Ensuring documents meet legal requirements, customer needs, and country-specific regulations
- Communicating with internal departments, customers, and (government) agencies
- Accurately and completely processing administrative files
- Contributing ideas for improving documentation processes
WHAT YOU BRING
- MBO-level education and thinking (preferably secretarial/administrative)
- Experience with document management is a plus
- Knowledge of customs regulations is an advantage
- Precision, independence, and a service-oriented mindset
- Strong command of both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Resilience, flexibility, and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
